As an Investment Support Executive, my responsibilities include:• Maintaining clients’ portfolio by updating the clients account values and transactions and positions of their portfolio holdings• Trade calculation and preparing trade order for submission to the brokerage house• Updating analysts on any change in price of current holdings• Generating monthly factsheets for the accounts reflecting the performance of the holdings• Handling compliance for Accredited Investor approval and US trading complianceAchievements:• I have built a portfolio and trade management system using excel to keep track of the clients’ portfolio values and to perform calculation for the trades and to create trade orders to the brokerage• This system allows the portfolio manager and analysts to view the clients’ holdings and the performance of the stock holdings• Simple python programs have also been built to handle routine work like securing documents with password and updating the client's daily portfolio values.

As a Business Analyst in the Global Custody department. My responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities• Eliciting and verifying the business requirements from the users and business stake owners • Developing and recommending solutions with IT and Operations users • Preparing User Acceptance Testing test cases, co-ordination and review of the activity • Providing production system issues support • Analysing the impact of any enhancements, issues to the downstream system and business workflow and where necessary, providing necessary solutions • Careful tracking of all ongoing tasks and their status, owner and due date • Working closely with various teams in Europe and America and within the region according to the project scopeAchievements:• I have successfully implemented a fax automation system to receive faxes that clients sent regarding the settlement of their trades• The authenticity of the faxes will be verified electronically with electronic stamps, after which the faxes will be dispatched electronically to other departments• This system reduces the need to print hardcopies and prevent loss of faxes and better storage and retrieval of faxes.

Job Scope : My role as a senior business analyst involved in the coordination of the development of the db Custody and db Direct (cash management) systems.
