Senior Program Manager
CurrentCurrently building product features and integrating content across MGM’s consumer facing “Digital Ecosystem” designed to improve the customer experience and advance MGM’s sustainability, social impact and commercial objectives. Responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy to increase customer awareness of MGM's ESG commitments and drive sustainable consumer actions. Drives consumer insights, harnesses data and research to identify growth opportunities, build business cases and develop partnerships to deliver new digital products and services that advance MGM’s ESG goals. Leads cross-functional work with VPs of Sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the MGM Resorts Foundation as well as product teams including Search, Discovery, Trips, Payments, Mobile Check-in. Collaborates cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Business Development, Operations, HR and Legal.Also supporting MGM's ESG data collection and reporting team.
