On call 24/7 to help support field operations outside of normal operating hours and willing to travel remotely to aid in diagnoses of issues. Involvement with R&D to better design software and hardware that is easy to use in field while also providing superior data quality. Involved with technical sales to provide answers pertaining to what would be a best fit for a company's service goal. Providing ongoing support to help our customers submit interpretation and analysis of data is also key to ensuring good relationships with our client base.

Role was concerned with creation and coordination of new products to place on the market. Was team leader on creation of a new surface acquisition box to record depth, time, and other sensors such as tubing pressure and flow line velocity.Built an electrical engineering training course to get incoming college graduates familiar with our products and their applications. The course was spread out over 6 months and included hands on training as well as traditional testing. This evolved to a create an internal design architecture to unify our engineering practices and standards. By using this structure for the electronic engineering division, Lee was able to obtain API certification.

Primarily involved with down hole tool engineering and training. Created a one week training course to offer clients to get personnel field prepared to run PLT. The course also covered CBL, MWD and LWD, Pulsed Neutron, and CNL tools. Involved with circuit design, PCB layout, firmware, testing and certification. Primary involvement was improvements of Gradiomanometer.
