I have an extensive background in management, sales and operations. Prior to joining Precis Commissioning as a Commissioning Specialist in April 2021, I spent over 13 years as the Director of Marketing and Operations for Comprehensive Test and Balance in Dover, PA. While there I was responsible for writing and sending out proposals, completing and preliminarily reviewing testing, adjusting and balancing reports, scheduling the work for anywhere from 6-9 technicians, maintaining relationships with existing customers while building relationships with new customers, and handling any and all needs and requests from both customers and the ownership of CTB (among numerous other responsibilities). Before CTB I was a Branch Manager at Sovereign Bank (now Banco Santander) and my first full-time position after graduating from Ursinus College in 2002 was at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I ascended to the position of Branch Manager in 16 months prior to moving on to the banking industry. All of these experiences have helped me to develop a deep understanding of the importance of treating your customers well, a focus on attention to detail, and have also helped me to learn that in life there are few things more important than maintaining the highest possible level of integrity in all aspects of life, all the time.
