Currently allocated to the Ministry of Health in the DNSP - National Directorate of Public Health, tosupport different needs in the HIV program as:• Scan the monitoring data collection tools to facilitate HIV, PMTCT and Monitoring teams.• Data management of supervisions and creation of dashboards for data analysis;• Continuity in the development of the Quality Improvement tool based on action plans of healthunits.• Update of calculation formulas in DHIS2 and data entry of national health units of prioritizeQuality Improvement indicators.Achievements:• Creation of a new web site for Quality Improvement for the continuity of activities• Development and configuration of ODK Collect for automatic generation of supervision reportsat the end of each form.• Creation of dynamic reports on the MisauMQ web platform at the central level, for rapid designof aggregate and disaggregated dashboards of health unit supervisors.

CEDSIF – Worked on the development of some modules of SISTAFE (Computer platform of the State Financial Administration System). The first integrated system of Public Finance Management implemented in Mozambique.Engaged projects:E-inventario, modulo do patrimonio do estado – I was responsible to develop the application and maintenance. Some of staff that I did in this project are: Generation of order number as barcode to necklace on the state assetsI managed and resolved problems of bad integration of same data in different databasesI designed the migration of inventario system thats was working offline to be work onlineMEO, modulo de elaboração de orçamento do estado – I was responsible to develop the system and maintenance;CEF, modulo de cadastro de fornecedores do estado – I was responsible to develop the application and make maintenance, I introduced by this module the feature to send email and SMS on SISTAFE;CBS, modulo de cadastro de bens e serviços do estado – I was responsible to develop the application and maintenance.Achievements:* Inventory system now can be done online instead off offline.* In all government departments the goods are now using barcode stickers instead of handwritten stickers and next national inventory can be done using barcode reader.* SISTAFE can now send SMS.
