Hello! I’m Jessenia Padilla, and I am a student at Texas State University. I plan to graduate in 2025 with a General Studies degree. The degree includes minors in Business Administration, Leadership Studies, and Psychology. The reason I chose business administration and leadership is because in every position I've had I ended up in a position of leader. I always ended up here because managers can trust me. When I became a manager at Gils Broiler, I fell in love with being a leader. I am passionate about leading and helping my team grow separately and together. I’m excited to have found my passion and a place to use it. My positive attitude is the best way I have shown my passion. This is appreciated in the workplace because I can be positive through a stressful workday. My peers appreciate this because I can make calm, quick decisions, and the customers appreciate this because they will enjoy their time there.
