Through the use of Verkada's cloud-based system, we have eliminated hundreds of thousands in spend on security personnel, lowered false positives, and improved response time resulting in safer communities. ▪ Rebuilt, redesigned, and upgraded the remaining networks at the 70 locations that I did not address as an IT Manager. These upgrades allow the offices to utilize the massive speed increases from the contract renegotiations and expanded the networks to include a larger wifi footprint, cameras, and public tenant common area wifi networks

▪ Overhauled company IT infrastructure, such as the email system from Exchange 2003 to Google Workspace, as well as the virtualization and downsizing of 27 on-prem servers to just 2, resulting in an annual cost savings of $40k and a significant reduction in daily downtime▪ Instituted and Managed SAAS operations for 450 employees▪ Upgraded and standardized desktops cutting computer purchasing costs by 80%▪ Hired and managed an IT Assistant to respond to helpdesk requests▪ Designed and implemented the company's first helpdesk system reducing repair wait times by three weeks▪ Rebuilt, redesigned, and upgraded networks at 20 satellite offices decreasing downtime from weekly interruptions to rare outages ▪ Standardized Printer Vendors to consolidate under a single managed services contract reducing cost by 30%

■ Engineered and executed a joint advocacy initiative between with the Israel Defense Forces, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Israeli Government Press Office, and other international organizations: ○ Facebook and Twitter accounts reaching 50,000 followers in under 1 week. ○ First ever successful coordinated effort of its kind in Israel and the pro-Israel community.■ Managed Facebook, Twitter, and email campaigns for over one million followers■ Organized and ran social events for an international audience, working in cooperation with the Israel Defense Forces, and other international organizations.
