As a co-founder of PlaceMKR, a commercial real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Austin Texas, I have been involved in groundbreaking projects, such as the State's first ground-up Opportunity Zone office project. I am also hyper-focused on the emerging and dynamic submarkets of East, Southeast, and Northeast Austin, where I seek to create value and impact through path of progress investment and development. In addition to our blue ocean investment thesis in Austin, we are creating an innovative build-for-rent platform that aims to blend the benefits of single family home rental with the resort-style amenities and accommodation of a Class A multifamily family community. The strategy is targeting the I-35 artery from DFW, through Austin and into San Antonio, where we believe is the most accretive growth corridor in the country.With over 15 years of experience in various facets of commercial real estate, my work has been recognized by multiple awards, such as the NAIOP Deal of the Year, the Connect Media Top Broker Award, Newmark's Chairmans Club and the NKF National Rising Star Award.
