• Provided recommendations for scaling the NJ Zero-EmissionIncentive Program (NJ ZIP) from $15M to $25M• Developed a state-level program to create a used electric vehiclemarket; created a project plan; conducted stakeholder outreach to identify challenges; researched legislation and regulation; and recommended solutions to incentivize a second-hand market• Researched methods to fully access medium- & heavy-duty electric vehicles, including batteries’ state of health and battery certification to set fair-value on vehicles in the MHD second-hand market

During a semester-long project, I worked on a small team as a consultant to West Rock, a local fiber-based packaging firm in Winston-Salem, NC. In our consulting role, our team hosted nearly a dozen interviews with internal and external stakeholders to determine the root causes of waste in mixed-material packaging and ultimately made recommendations to resolve the issues.

• PLANTOSA, a private cooperative coffee plant that provides 40% of the Salvadoran national market of instant coffee• Proposed, planned and presented to board members on investment projects • Served on a cross-departmental management team, identifying organizational problems, developing and implementing mutual solutions• Brokered relationships with international businesses, including facilitating meetings with executive leadership and coordinating sales, imports of new equipment and turn-key projects• Implemented various waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
