I a worked as a graduate assistant for University Perspectives, a one-hour credit requirement for all first year students at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. My duties included working with multiple instructors and up to sixty students per semester, maintaining online course materials on Blackboard.com, training students to use Blackboard and how to access their online assignments, and grading online homework assignments and providing feedback to students and course instructors. I normally attended class meetings once per week and occasionally led class discussions when asked to do so by the course instructor(s).

At the Clinton House Museum, I primarily served as a museum tour guide, and led groups of all sizes through the museum while explaining the historic significance of the home, including how Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham acquired the property and launched their political careers in Arkansas. I also collected visitor fees, operated the gift shop cash register, and answered telephone calls. I often assisted museum staff in hosting special events and large gatherings, and occasionally performed light maintenance, including cleaning, moving and re-arranging large exhibits, painting, and climbing ladders.
