Developed the strategy and business case for ENGIE Impact, the 2,300+ person global sustainability solutions business unit of ENGIE formed from an internal merger of several divisions (including ENGIE Insight where I was VP & Sr Director of Strategy & Corporate Development) and the creation of a new solutions line. Then I served as a member of the executive team who launched it in 2019. Led strategic planning process for ENGIE Impact across 14 departments and multiple continents, leveraging storytelling skills to drive global culture transformation and garner support of internal and external stakeholders. Achieved >10% annual growth despite impacts of launching just before the global pandemic.Drove development of business cases for new areas and models of business, collaborating with P&L leadership and product development teams to identify financing approaches and implement digital solutions. I also developed mergers and acquisition playbook, including methodology, tools, and processes and collaborated regularly on investment decisions and commercial acceleration with Corporate VC arm (ENGIE New Ventures). Additionally, I led the full lifecycle of a successful divestiture of a business line that generated 20% of business revenue.

As leader of national $31M utility residential business line, I architected an innovative program design for digital customer engagement, including integration of key strategic partners, resulting in the largest contract award in company history. Exceeded margin expectation for residential business line by more than 18%. Provided leadership and guidance for 180+-person team including market strategy, program design, profitability, pre-sales subject matter expertise, proposal support, and best practices.

Led Research & Policy division, including managing a team of 20+, overseeing the 80 PLUS licensing certification program, and developing and piloting the groups program implementation structure. Grew 80 PLUS licensing program revenue 25% over prior year.

Utilized my strong business acumen and analytical skills to vet viability of multiple acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Provided counsel to Sales, Operations, Management, and internal support departments, including new product, financial structuring, compliance, and business strategy planning. By implementing a Construction Manager Mentor Program, average customer satisfaction scores improved by 20%. The portfolio I managed included ∼30 cross-functional department improvement initiatives covering cost savings, process improvements, safety, and customer issues.

My ability to learn quickly and skillfully take on new projects and responsibilities led to my promotion from Financial Analyst to Senior Financial Analyst within the first seven months. During this early stage of my career, I designed and managed tools and processes for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a $300M business segment. I also spearheaded annual budgeting process for 300+-person Operations Department and was nominated for global high-potential program (top 1% of workforce).
