• Offer complimentary fitness assessments focusing on body composition, nutritional needs and fitness goals• Generate personalized fitness regimens that challenge clients to improve overall physical health• Provide specific as well as flexible workout instruction honoring client injuries and existing health conditions• Consistently research current fitness tips, exercises and inspirational tactics to optimize training potential

• Engage youth in after school program for academic support in various subjects• Facilitate & participate in extracurricular activities ranging from on campus sports & activities to field trips

• Identify students’ learning styles and provide strategies to improve academic achievement• Develop focus groups, facilitate study groups and collaborate in student programming• Lead student groups by modeling positive college behavior for first-generation students• Focus on academic workshops and assist students with college retention and graduation

• Supervise group home facility and implement Unity Care Group's effective program for underprivileged teenage youth• Frequently communicate with clients' county social worker, clinician and behavioral therapist through the use of daily logs that describe clients' day-to-day behavior and activities• Offer one-on-one consultation with clients and aid in the "redirection" of clients' behavior on a regular basis• Certified in First Aid, CPR and Handle With Care programs offered through Unity Care Group
