Me and my team are responsible for company's financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring alignment with business goals. We work closely to support the local leadership team with data-driven recommendations to optimize operational and financial outcomes.

My role included extended management reporting and financial planning, such as investment and profitability calculations. I gained valuable experience in the waste management and recycling industry.

As a Business Controller in Adecco Finland, my role included a wide variety of financial reporting (both internal and external), budgeting, as well as developing the related processes. In the business side, I supported the Leadership Team when financial matters were concerned and interacted regularly with the Business Areas and Branches to bring financial input and number analysis into decision-making.

In Controller's position I continued being responsible for the Group reporting process as well as financial controlling of Business Site Mustasaari. Additional responsibilities included Group cash management and treasury. As a Controller I was part of Mustasaari business site's leadership team.Fortaco was established through a merger of Komas and Ruukki Engineering businesses in 2012. The company has approximately 2,300 employees and production sites in Finland, Estonia, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.

First hands-on experience in the industry. Main tasks included monthly financial reporting, financial analysis, ad hoc reporting as well as other administrative and finance related tasks.After the comprehensive trainee programme, I continued to work at Fortaco as a Financial Analyst. Group reporting responsibilities and more demanding tasks in the field of financial controlling were added to my responsibilities. Additional role included financial controlling of one of Fortaco’s manufacturing units in Finland, Business Site Mustasaari.
