We partner with OEM and contract-manufacturers on high-mix/low-volume production requirements within a broad range of industries. Our 10,000 sq/ft facility houses several 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills, multi-axis lathes, segregated inspection area and separate mechanical/technical assembly area. We also have additional resources in surface grinding and honing. We utilize the latest CAD/CAM software, ERP management software and machine tools to create the highest quality products for our customers.We currently support several customers in the electronics, medical, industrial and aerospace markets.

Lavin Lacrosse Camps is the premier lacrosse camp company in Minnesota. We currently run the largest overnight camp in Minnesota and several day camps throughout the Twin Cities area. We also direct leagues and provide private lessons for those interested. Our focus is giving players the skills and teaching them the determination it takes to become a top-notch athlete.

Served as the first head coach for the Burnsville lacrosse program beginning in 2006. I finished my career by taking third place in state in 2011. Rather than believing a successful team is based purely on the amount of lacrosse knowledge a coach knows, I focused on the development of our players, both on and off the field, to create an environment that promoted hard work, sportsmanship, and dedication to the "team".
