I am currently employed with MapBox as an AI Developer.I previously worked as a Software Project Lead for Clear Harbor, which provides offshore augmentation of customer facing workforce. We helped large corporations by providing highly skilled workers that meet their everyday needs. In my role I coordinated the configuration and transition to the new ticketing system, configured and managed AWS and Azure assets, coordinated and managed yearly SOC and PCI reviews, manage ongoing projects to make sure that we implement the best solutions to assist both ours and customers teams. Before becoming a Software Project Lead at Clear Harbor, I worked as a Software Support Engineer for CareServ, which is an IT provider for long term healthcare facilities. My responsibilities included providing support for issues that arose within the CareServ application suite, Monthly migrations of new clients from internal solutions to the cloud, support for iOS devices running CareServ application suite, and managing client's data center build outs. While I was at CareServ I developed a Python application that allowed control to create and maintain user access. I also developed a Chef solution that staged hardware and managed updates throughout the company. I started my technical career as a VMware Consultant for Digitel where I configured and serviced VMware solutions, configured and maintained VDI, and managed the implementation of Connectwise companywide. These tasks allowed me to build upon my technical knowledge, communication skills, and confidence that I can solve any issue I’m presented with. I thrive in rapidly growing and innovative organizations where I can further expand my skills. I am passionate about software development and the cutting edge solutions now provided within the cloud.
