• Worked on and oversaw all phases of the project, via FSG’s proprietary, user-interface software, and customized Microsoft Excel macrosheets • Worked with a team of eight, serving a large account, Couche-Tard (Circle K Gas Stations), fully upgrading store lighting from legacy fixtures to LED fixtures, indoors and outdoors, for all 10,000+ stores in America and Canada. A 7+ year project that was continually ongoing, with seasonal budget phasing• Annual project revenue of $20 to $40 million• Had seventeen branches of FSG technicians in the U.S., and a vast amount of subcontractor relationships to fill in the gaps. For the Circle K account, the subcontractors were primarily lighting and electrical technicians • Interacted with subcontractors and FSG technicians to: o Establish scope of work o Negotiate pricing (for subcontractors) o Issue work orders and purchase orders via user interface software o Request schedule dates to update in system, and to relay to customer o Create material orders based on store audits for the stores the crew will be working on o Issue material orders to the various Lighting, Electrical, HVAC, etc.. vendors o Talk to technicians by phone while they were on site performing the upgrade. Answered any questions they had, and was on-call 24-7 for any emergencies o Request deliverables upon completion of sites o Quality-check deliverables and invoices before passing on to the Sr. PM for approval to fulfill purchase order• Adhered to the unique preferences, budgets, deadlines, and union requirements of each client• Worked directly with client’s facilities directors to: o Call/email for change order approvals o Send weekly schedule and progress updates o Arrange vendor-meets as necessary• Oversaw project coordinators to: o Effectively train them o Give direction and assignments to them o Oversee progress of their assignments o Quality-check their work
