• Interacted with subcontractors and FSG technicians to: o Establish scope of work o Negotiate pricing (for subcontractors) o Issue work orders and purchase orders via user interface software o Request schedule dates to.
• Adhered to the unique preferences, budgets, deadlines, and union requirements of each client

• Personally handled the lighting/electrical service accounts of Ikea, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, U-Haul, Whataburger, Circle K, and others
