WellSky is a leading technology company offering a range of software solutions, analytics, and services that help organizations optimize post-acute care and performance, achieve better outcomes, and lower costs across the care continuum.Working underneath the Corporate IT Office, I completed 7 projects, the biggest being a License Monitoring Dashboard that automatically pulls real-time licensing data from Zoom, Microsoft, Visual Studio, GitHub, Jamf, and PagerDuty via the use of several Rest APIs and Python to Powerpoint libraries. The communication between internal UX Engineers, Software Engineers, Marketing teams, and external application API developers aided in the progression of this project. This ~4,000-line program pulls real-time licensing data and emails a monitoring dashboard PowerPoint presentation to CorpIT Managers and WellSky executives automatically every week to track which internal departments and business units are utilizing specific licenses.Other projects included several forms of user auditing, using Rest APIs, Python, and PowerShell scripting to pull real-time data from the internal active directory and external Microsoft Azure active directory for further internal scripting and monitoring uses. Furthermore, I had experience Integrating WellSky's PagerDuty and Site24x7 systems to notify engineers and managers when specific servers go offline. All projects used the Agile Scrum software development framework, using Atlassian's Jira software.I was also privileged to get hands-on Audio/Visual experience working with and installing Poly Trio c60 and Studio x30 AV systems for conference room and zoom meeting use, while also becoming certified on this AV networking and routing software, QSC's Q-SYS Level 1, and Controls certifications.
