Corporate copywriting contract focused on adding the element of narrative to Expression of Interest (EOI) tender submissions, and a complete brand refresh for three brands via a new storytelling approach to their corporate identities.Collaborated with a graphic design team, including a branding design specialist, to develop new corporate brand identities, taglines, and capability statements for a group of three companies and their parent corporation. Projects involved extensive research, interviews with relevant staff members (based on associated roles or projects), and collation of video recorded notes to form cohesive stories. Tenders focused on writing for the education and health sectors for Tier-1 construction projects at major universities and government health bodies.Although adept at using AI writing tools to support the writing process, these tenders and the corporate brand identity refresh involved extensive Intellectual Property (IP) rights, and so were written from scratch, so as not to share valuable information or data with open source software/competitors. It was also felt that by employing the use of an experienced storyteller, narratives could be developed in more unique ways than AI tools could construct - especially if one is not proficient in AI prompts via a creative writer's background knowledge base and skillset.Liaised with staff ranging from the Executive team to senior team leaders, middle management, and frontline project managers.All work went through a comprehensive editorial process involving sector heads, subsequently leading to multiple iterations of each document to ensure all parties' ideas and opinions were considered before final publication.Research and writing focused on subject matter including environmental sustainability, social sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Control and more.
