The world is a chaotic place but good customer service should never be. In my youngest years I was a Cub Scout ready to help my community and the people that were included in it. I had no idea that the countless days assisting elderly women across the street and door to door popcorn sales would set up the building blocks for my adulthood.I apply the same things I used in Scouts to the way I handle customers now. Always be polite, smile when speaking, and have patience. These are the truths to customer service that I hold self evident even now while I assist mostly the elderly with their Cellular needs because I love to have a genuine connection with my customers. To have them call for me specifically when they have issue is a reward in and of itself.Beforehand I had been Security Professional where I would assists Tenants in getting to their car safely during eerie hours of the night to checking on sightings of transients loitering on their property and even before that a shoe salesman where I would help any customer from tying the laces for them to putting back the twenty pairs of shoes they just tried on. Always with a smile and never dropping a beat!When I'm not working in one Customer Service industry or another I'm editing videos for my YouTube channel and I live stream on Twitch.tv bringing my face to whole new set of customers in the entertainment industry. I also love to collect expensive pieces of cardboard known as Magic: The Gathering cards.
