Community Engagement Manager
Current• Plan, manage, and oversee project teams for delivery and evaluation of training workshops, meetings, and special events including coordination of logistical arrangements with clients, partners, and associated staff. Project management includes monitoring budgets and processing sub agreements in coordination with the assigned program administrator, as well as overseeing sub- contractor/awardee/consultant performance, and deliverable quality and Scope of Work compliance, as well as completing required reporting. • Support and manage implementation of community engagement approaches within targeted programs in schools, afterschool programs, community-based organizations (CBOs), school-based health centers and health departments.• Manage community engagement schedules and strategic communication plans including ongoing collaboration with associated staff by assigning, tracking, and overseeing related tasks.• Maintain client relationships and develops partnerships with schools, afterschool programs, youth-serving organizations, and other CBOs.• Coach and provide quality technical assistance to clients, partners, and associated staff for engaging community in an effective and efficient manner.• Contribute to the evaluation of project progress and deliverables; prepares summaries, reports, and correspondence on outreach efforts.• Manage assigned project components, including providing technical assistance to, appropriate oversight of, and ongoing collaboration and communication with clients, partners, and associated staff. • Participate in the review of materials, resources, reports, and presentations developed by clients, partners, and associated staff for ADA and accessibility compliance obligations and makes recommendations to strengthen and improve the final product.• Prepare abstracts and present oral and poster presentations for professional audiences at conferences, meetings, and webinars.
