With over 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst at Apple, I am passionate about designing and implementing solutions that enhance the employee experience and enable organizational effectiveness. I have a strong background in project management, having completed certifications from Cornell University and Wrike, and applying both agile and waterfall methodologies to my projects.In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve people processes across the company, such as onboarding, learning and development, coaching, and inclusion and diversity. I also collaborated with the Apple Maps team as a Project Manager, where I oversaw the planning, execution, and delivery of a new product launch. I have successfully led and supported multiple initiatives that have improved employee engagement, and satisfaction, as well as the quality and efficiency of the products and services we offer.
