As the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Director, I have accomplished the following:PRODUCT MANAGEMENT• Bootstrapped the development and launch of the SonicGauge™ Wireless Monitoring System, driving the project from concept to commercialisation as part of a lean, remote team.• Led the product management for the SonicGauge™; specific features include gradient data for multi-zone monitoring and optimising VLP, duplex command+control and Delta-P functions for PBU operations (request early-time data for PTA), and adding additional sensors for identifying CO2, H2S, Gas Hold-Up, etc.• Ideated and developed the go-to-market strategy for the SonicSync™ Duplex Command+Control Platform, SonicArc™ Packer Verification Tool, SonicDHSIT™ Well Test System and SonicAnalyst™ Downhole Event Monitor.• Directed the company's IP strategy in collaboration with the CTO with several patents filed under my direct invention.• Established the Reservoir Engineering Consultancy service line to provide operators with data analysis and field development support based on the data provided by the SonicGauge™.COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT• Generated a mid-$XXm revenue pipeline with significant gross margin performance with supermajor, national, and regional operators, supported by a remote sales/proposal team under my leadership.• Secured over $XXm in financing through equity, convertible notes, debt, and non-recurring engineering structures to scale operations and product development.• Negotiated strategic partnerships with the major OFS companies, integrating the company's proprietary technology into their operations to enhance market reach.• Recruited the CTO, COO and GSD, all senior leaders from leading OFS companies.• Created all marketing collateral and managed print and digital media campaigns.
