My primary investing strategy has always been to focus on emerging markets & landlord friendly states where we can buy fix and flip or income-producing properties. Most of our purchases are value-add properties with the ability for us to force value appreciation. I’m commonly asked what I would recommend to new investors or busy professionals that would like to move away from Wall Street and begin investing in real estate.
