Bij Tribal verkocht ik websites. Niet gehinderd door enige technische kennis was ik een ideaal bruggetje tussen de klanten en de 'nerds'. Doordat ik geen diepe technische kennis had bleef ik vaak vragen hoe zaken werkte en wist dat ook in heldere 'Jip& Janneke taal' over te brengen op (potentiële) klanten. De wensen van de klanten goed in kaart te brengen en te vertalen naar online oplossing.

Daarnaast verkoopbare database opbouwen van de aanwezige horeca in de steden. Begeleiden van de ontwikkeling van een op maat gemaakte horeca- /terrastafel met onder het glazen tafelblad een ruimte die we verhuurde aan bedrijven voor reclame / productpresentaties in de tafel!

Als een spin in het web ben je het aanspreekpunt van vele partijen. Vanzelfsprekend je (potentiële) afnemers van buurtcafé tot grote discotheek, van kneuterige voetbalkantine tot luxe hotel. Maar ook de interne afdelingen zoals juridische dienst, evenement support, technische dienst, drankhandel, marketing... Daarnaast ook voor externe relaties zoals; overheden, leveranciers, makelaars, politie, etc.. Naast alle voorkomende commerciële werkzaamheden kwamen er ook geregeld juridische zaken op je bordje die je moest afhandelen. Verder zat ik in diverse projectgroepen (o.a. klantenintranet & pilot thuiswerken) en was ik lid van de (Europese) ondernemingsraad.
