I am a specialist IT recruitment consultant. This position involves, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Working with Clients to understand their business and their specific recruitment needs. Understanding what kind of people they are looking for, not just the technical skills required, but also through understanding the culture and the personality of the people who work for each client. Working to source the best candidates to fill client needs through a combination of Advertising, Interviewing, Networking, Head hunting, and searching through any other means available. Working with Candidates to understand what it is that they are looking for in a role/ company. Understanding the types of companies which would suit their background and the career step they are looking to undertake. Maintaining contact and ensuring that candidates are up to date with the recruitment process and their application.

Senior Assoicate within PwC's Audit Division.This role involved planning Audits, including budgeting, organisation of timing, planning required work, arranging audit teams, the organisation of Senior and Junior PwC employees.I would also take Senior roles on audits, monitoring/reviewing work of Junior staff members, coaching Junior staff members, reporting to clients and senior PwC employees (Managers and Partners).A large amount of relationship management, building and maintaining strong relationships with client contacts at all levels of organisations, understanding the nature of client business and how internal and external factors could influence the financial statements. This role also included work of a technical Accounting nature including financial and business analytical review, and ensuring that clients had correctly and accurately prepared accounts and underlying accounting information, and ensuring correct accounting treatment of balances and transactions.
