AgTech labs, is the R&D arm of AgTech Industries, based in the Philippines. I managed a team of developers that fluctuated from about 10-35 employees depending on the budget and tasks at hand. Utilizing agile methodology, we remained nimble enough to react quickly to the market demands from the US. • Teams under my management: Graphic Design (UX/UI/ marketing), Frontend, Backend, QA, Mobile and Firmware developers. • Agile Development• Sprint planning utilizing Jira• Held daily scrum and addressed all technical challenges between multiple teams to ensure delivery and release of product.
