Jesse Wolfe is a Senior Manager, Anduril Integrated Services (AIS) Division at Anduril Industries. He possess expertise in international relations, government, diplomacy, foreign policy, policy analysis and 14 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Jesse is one of the best CivMil Coordinators in the system. During his time working on Syria, he strategically navigated a complex working environment and delivered on numerous fronts, with sensitivity, tact and a high level of political acumen." and "Jesse Wolfe is an uncommonly competent, capable leader who can accomplish difficult tasks with limited information and resources. Jesse was an infantry company executive officer and Fire Support Team leader while I served as an artillery forward observer in his company. At the time I began working with him, I was a very junior officer in the Marine Corps and relied largely on his influence and guidance as I learned my role in the company. As the second in command of the company, he was constantly observed by people of all ranks and he handled that challenge well by setting a positive example for everyone around him. I am fortunate to have had such a positive example as his early on in my career. As the company's Fire Support Team leader, Jesse was able to rapidly put together complex fire plans incorporating ground troops, artillery, and aircraft munitions while also greatly limiting the possibility of unintended injury to civilian Afghans, local infrastructure, or U.S. and Afghan troops. Mid-way through our deployment to Afghanistan, Jesse was selected to independently command ground operations from a small base in rural eastern Afghanistan and he received accolades for his performance and his sensitivity to the importance of civil affairs and relationships with local Afghan leaders, both government and tribal. Toward the end of the deployment, during a major operation in Kunar Province's Korengal Valley, Jesse commanded a large ground element that conducted challenging patrols in austere conditions for nearly a month, involving both engagements with Taliban fighters and sensitive meetings with displeased local leaders. Jesse led these discussions well and left as diplomatic an impression as possible. There is a definite art to engagement with people of different cultures that requires patience, wisdom, and sensitivity; it is an art at which Jesse excels. The attributes that Jesse possesses and has shown consistently in his performance in a wide variety of difficult assignments make him a top choice for the most sensitive and challenging jobs. I recommend him without hesitation and am glad to answer any questions about my time working with him."
