1. Manage the onboarding of the direct Acquirers in Alipay overseas business, conduct payment risk review and consolidate the feedback of other risk teams (AML, Compliance, Credit, etc.) to generate Due Diligence report for the Acquirer and business side, and to guarantee the quality of the potential Acquirer.2. Responsible for the risk management policy improvement and implement, develop the risk monitoring and visualization for the Acquirers and minimize the risk exposure.3. Establish efficient ongoing review practice for Alipay Acquirers, including KYC validity monitoring, periodic review of Acquirer, etc. Assess the risk rating for different Acquirers according to the ongoing review and conduct hierarchical risk management.4. Build the risk management mechanism for Acquirer' s after-risk-event, determine the SOP of remediation, disposal and termination for the high-risk Acquirer.

1. Lead the risk monitoring and model team in detecting potential fraud risk and compliance risk of cross-border transactions within UnionPay network.2. Establish monitoring mechanisms and programs for UPI innovative business, include but not limited to QR Code, Pre-paid Card, Credit Transaction, etc.3. Analyze ongoing fraud data, set up & adjust anti-fraud models and interception rules for UPI risk control system.4. Develop and optimize risk control strategy and guideline for cross-border transactions. Publish the fraud report and bulletin to guide global members in risk control. 5. As the UnionPay & UnionPay International trainer to provide the risk control relevant training and workshop to domestic and overseas banks, institutions, and UPI overseas branches.6. Manage the public connection of UPI external risk affair and provide professional risk data and risk consultation.7. Conduct the investigation on risk cases, suspicious transactions, and the judicial cooperation, and research latest fraud case.8. Coordinate the on-site reviews from external institutions on business and compliance. Establish and execute UPI risk & compliance on-site review and audit upon the members.9. Assess the potential risk of newly launch products, provide the solution and guide the business department to improve.
