In my role as Customer Success Manager at Capital Rx, it is my responsibility to oversee the benefits translation of our client’s various complex plan setups into our innovative platform, JUDI. Working directly with the client to ensure all benefits are translated from older, outdated systems into our cloud-native health adjudication platform with a 100% customer satisfaction in our method of implementation and claims outcomes. Previously, as a Sr. Program Manager at Optum, I led and oversaw multiple complex and strategic projects that deliver innovative solutions for specialty pharmacy, benefits administration, and pharmacy benefit management. With over six years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed large-scale initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes. Some of my achievements at Optum include launching a new automated platform for benefits implementation, implementing a regulatory requirements for PBMs and Pharmacies, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. I also developed and refined my skills in project management, communication, problem-solving, and analytics, as well as my domain expertise in healthcare and pharmacy.
