Duties:• Assistant to a Managing Director• Covered for company receptionist occasionally• Organizing surveyor's field schedules• Taking new job bookings• Maintenance of filing systems• Processing credit card payments/ chasing overdue payments

Duties:• All areas of Business Administration for GLNG Health, Safety & Security.• Invoice filing aid for GLNG’s Finance department.• Brisbane Office Health, Safety & Environment Team member/ minutes & agendafor meetings.• Tracking floor attendance for Safety Meetings in Brisbane offices.• Management of enrollments/ function bookings for Contractor EHS ManagementCourse.• Process invoices for Health, Safety & Security/ Create Purchase Orders.• Tracking of EHS information regarding high risk level contracts.• Monthly Expenditure Reports for GLNG Health, Safety & Security.• Monthly reporting of man hours and injuries in field locations- contractors & sub-contractors.• Management of diaries – My supervisor, HS&S Manager and myself.• Onboarding/ inducting contractors & new starters.• Using Oracle E-Business Suite system to manage invoice payments/ expensereports/ course enrollments etc.
