Next Generation Retreats convene leaders from across the social and environmental change sectors to cross-pollinate and to find a collective voice that takes leadership to the next level. Transformative practices of leadership include ceremony, silence, emergence, collective responsibility, relationship to food and place, and hands-on creativity, dialogue, hospitality, working with difference, and building relationship.
