With a 10-year career in horticulture where I developed flower ranges and delivered business plans, I learned to understand what the client wants, whilst keeping a deep understanding of what the end customer was willing to buy. I've always enjoyed understanding what makes people tick. Creating budgets, presenting tenders, and achieving sales goals have always been great drivers for me. I love being able to plan growth, set targets to achieve it, and watch it develop. Achieving those goals while curating beautiful products and specially curated ranges that customers wanted to buy kept both my creative and logical traits happy. Being able to translate what a client wants into what the customer will buy was always such a fun challenge and is a transferable skill in many areas of business development.In my free time, I also support small & medium sized businesses with website design. I find joy in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate a brand's message. I love the creativity involved in choosing layouts, colors, and graphics that best represent a business or individual online. Combining my business development skills with my passion for website design allows me to offer a unique perspective when helping clients grow their online presence. I understand the importance of a strong online presence in today's digital world and strive to create websites that not only look great but also drive traffic and convert visitors into customers.
