Leading key strategic programs for Westpac's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function. I have extensive experience engaging with senior stakeholders, developing strategy and launching strategic DEI initiatives and policy innovations. I have led Westpac's women in leadership and gender equality workstream for several years and also lead work that touches on the full DEI landscape, including disability and accessibility, cultural diversity, reconciliation, age, veterans, and LGBTQIA+Some key initiatives I've delivered on in this role include:- introduced paid fertility leave for Westpac Group employees- introduced specialised pregnancy loss counselling services for employees- developed 2 x 3yr DEI strategies signed off by Group Executives and Board- established partnership with Mentor Walks supporting women to access influential senior mentors- expanded our support for employees experiencing DFV and supporting others- delivered 2nd tranche of our Tailored Talent autism hiring program- designed and launched the Group's flagship STEM PhD Program with Group of Eight- elevated amazing women through Chief Executive Women, Woman of Influence awards and a suite of leading women in leadership programs- re-launched the Group's Parents + Carers Hub with a deeper focus on carers- designed and launched a career pathway program for female leaders between Consumer & Business divisionsI am passionate about supporting the community and social enterprises. I have several mentoring and ambassador roles and regularly take on projects to support a range of amazing community organisations, such as Eat Up! Nature Freedom, CareerSeekers, Bread & Butter Project and Australian Spatial Analytics.In my previous life at CEB, I held strong relationships with senior HR, Finance and Strategy executives of ASX top 50 orgs. I helped leaders think about their business challenges differently and adopt innovative best practices that have demonstrated results.I am passionate about innovation and inclusion, and I'm always up for talking new ideas and finding new ways of getting it done.
