Unloading truck, receiving and placing stock on sales floor per planograms. Overstocking items as required. Helping customers design custom frames and processing framing orders.

Researching conservation management strategies and policies. Data collection and entry. Ensuring all sensitive documents and information are secure. Packing bird feather and fecal samples for isotope analysis. Processing field samples in-lab (sorting invertebrates to the order and labelling). Other tasks as needed.

Animal Husbandry (care and maintenance of captive zebra finches, including cleaning cages, daily feeding, provision of food, water, and multivitamin supplements, proper handling of birds, routine inspection of bird health). Processing field samples in-lab (identifying insects to the order using dissecting microscope and recording data), various other tasks (assisting graduate students with projects, data entry, etc.). Completion of UACC Animal User Training Course (nationally-recognized).

Responsible for filing and maintaining current and historic student information and documents in electronic student database. Also responsible for receiving sensitive physical student documents and maintaining all physical student files. Processing student requests or transferring them to the appropriate department member. Generating student cards, printing and mailing transcripts. Recording physical exam inventory, confirming there are no print or assembly errors, shipping and receiving exams to and from writing centres and markers, all while keeping exams secure to maintain confidentiality of contents and student information. Switchboard coverage. Various other tasks as required.
