My task was to commit decision makers of Top companies in Germany to participate in industry events and recruit speakers for the event. In these events they would meet their peers and solution providers and hear and discuss about innovating and creating business growth. Besides this I would conduct research on upcoming investment areas in the Top500 companies in Germany.

With Stafix being a small start-up at the time, I was given lots of responsibility from the get go and hence learned to adapt to new challenges and tasks quickly. My main responsibilities as a Country Manager were- Client Acquisition- Key Account Management - Sales, Marketing - Technical SupportSpeak of an all-rounder!

brandarena is the event-agency of the biggest radio station in Germany, but also works for other big companies such as BMW, Symantec, REWE etc. During my internship I was in charge of researching for and preparing presentations for sales pitches; I was part of the onsite-team during events and partly responsible for the band- and promotion booking.

During my time at w&p I learned a lot about Public Relations, e.g. writing press releases, organizing press conferences and making press clippings as well as follow-up calls to journalists. As one of my main projects I organized a press conference for w&p’s client, the tourist office of Sri Lanka, under the motto “1 year after the tsunami”.

In this first internship after my graduation from high school I was responsible for bookings, ticket sales as well as organizing theSüddeutsche Zeitung Christmas celebration in one of the festival tents as well as putting together the “Abendzeitung” special event.For a young trainee I already got a lot of responsibility and learned for a lifetime.
