Worked with the CIO and VP of the Export-Import Bank of the US to deliver a set of Technology Enterprise Modernization recommendations for the COO. Developed a prototype technology architecture and integrated business portal across 26 government agencies for the National Export Initiative aimed to double US exports over the next 5 years. Delivered and socialized agency-wide IT Strategic Plan for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Deputy CIO. Conducted stakeholder interviews and facilitated strategy working groups with diverse participation. Supported SBA datacenter consolidation strategy with plans to go from 4 datacenters to 0 by 2015.

Biogreen Energies is a non-profit organization with the mission to deliver renewable, clean energy solutions in Haiti, generating environmental, health, and employment and savings benefits. Biogreen first began working in Haiti in the fall of 2009. Over the last two years, Biogreen Energies has installed two biodigester pilots, distributed over 250 solar powered LED flashlights to communities in need, and employed 6 consultants in Haiti. Biogreen Energies believes that the recovery of Haiti is in the hands of local enterprises and these companies need to be fostered and leveraged as partners to create sustainable solutions for the rural population. Current project goal is to locally manufacture and assemble solar powered LED flashlights with cellphone chargers through Haitian partners.

Clairvoyant Technologies, Inc. (CTI) delivers interactive educational content aimed at improving classroom performance of elementary school students through Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL). DGBL is a melding of educational content, learning principles, and digital media. In contrast to e-learning, DGBLengages students and encourages retention through incorporating the “fun” factor of successful casual games with the educational content that is being taught everyday in the classroom. The CTI’s DGBL tool, Pi’s Kingdom, aims to deliver the following three main benefits: 1. Increase test and classroom performance, particularly in the percentile of lower performing students 2. Enable comprehensive and instantaneous feedback for all students 3. Reduce grading time for teachers and provide tailored reports for student performance analysis
