Lead and instructed 50 – 100 active duty volunteers, veterans and their families about on-field responsibilities for opening ceremony elements. Responsible for the American flag routes and how to hold the flag during the National Anthem to pay proper respects.  Supported the Game Presentation Coordinator in the directing of volunteers to execute on field opening ceremony elements and project an enthusiastic yet professional image in all interactions with fans, corporate partners, Hosted the 2019 Major League Soccer (MLS) Cup where hospitality and customer service was provided to MLS staff, opening ceremony volunteers, national anthem performers and other special guests. Coordinated with 100+ volunteers to ensure the MLS was able to host at the CenturyLink stadium with ease. The result was satisfied customers and a smooth game proceeded.  Assisted the MLS 2019 Cup Presentation and Winners Parade which included coordinating 100+ volunteers, providing hospitality to the players and their families, and ensuring the team was directed properly throughout this experience. Players and fans were able to focus on the celebration due to the coordinated efforts.

The security posture was improved, and customer relation and satisfaction went up. Completed 50+ Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) courses which included 20+ CompTIA Continuing Education courses which enhanced personal knowledge and showcased a growth mindset for DOD security practices. Experience with analyzing an environment through Risk Assessment to make suggestions for safety and security improvements through conducting 3 Physical Security Assessments following DOD 5200.08-R with a team of 10+ using defense in depth wherein the issues were analyzing, identified and fixed.  Point-person for Camera Passes and Courier Cards responsible for over 300 customer’s renewals and documentation in Microsoft SharePoint. Updated the out-of-date programs to fit the current policies and procedures. Able to respond to high-stress situations while keeping personal and sensitive information confidential.  SSBI Top Secret – Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) (T5) Interdepartmental work with Customs and Border Patrol (CPB), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Seattle Police Department (SPD), Northwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (NW HIDTA). The benefit of interagency work was producing a product for the federal agents to utilize for search warrants, funded travel to speak directly with persons of interest, and using the products produced in a court of law.  Analyzed 40+ Facebook warrant returns, 50+ IP address locations, and 10+ Western Union warrant returns which lead to creating a link between people and the money transfers exposing a network of drug trafficking events. The analysis was searching through thousands of pages finding key conversations, words, money transfers, and locations to determine where persons of interest were located.  DEA Basic Analysis and Investigative Support Certificate which covered crypto currency, open source investigating, forensic support, intelligence research, pharmaceutical and chemistry composition of drugs.
