Manage and create digital marketing and social media campaigns to create online presence and generate new business from digital/online sources. Create and manage social media posts for all Wellstar Health Place, Highland Athletic Club, and Employee Fitness Center online sites. Develop and deliver sales presentations to promote services and programs Wellstar Fitness offers to various system stakeholders, providers, and corporate accounts. Facilitate events for member engagement and community outreach, Report market intelligence of surrounding competitors while pinpointing barriers related to overall business success. Generate funding through grant writing in conjunction with the Wellstar Foundation in an effort to increase member accessibility and overall health promotion within our communities.

~ Administer exercise tests to establish a baseline of the clients current overall health. These tests are administered on a quarterly basis to establish how well the client is progressing. Based on the findings/results, an exercise prescription is put in place to increase balance, improve gait, endurance, strength, Etc. ~ Facilitate and teach exercise classes. Exercise programs may be in a group setting or 1 on 1 training. Classes are structured based on the needs of the clients and incorporate overall health improvement. Ensure all exercises are performed appropriately as well as monitoring Rate of Perceived Exertion through the RPE Scale~ Provide a proactive, progressive, and individualized approach to resistance training, balance training, and flexibility training~ Implement monthly calendars and program outlines~ Lead monthly health talks to community~ Train new employees and oversee students shadowing* Assist Account Manager with physician lunches, marketing, and direct referral coordination with physician practices.*
