Key Responsibilities:Sell and order product into existing accounts. Ensure consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards.•Execute and close all sales calls for assigned sales route.•Maintain and sell incremental displays, as needed; and secures incremental equipment placements.•Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.•In connection with a sales call, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets Company merchandising standards, determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate orders.•Transport, replace and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.

Key Responsibilities:-Play an integral leadership role in an opportunity store. --Execute floor sets/trend updates. Place related marketing per corporate guidance, adapting for store layout and weekly promotions.- Leverage sales and increased inventory by organizing stockroom inventory for quick retrieval and replenishment.-Focus on meeting quarterly sales goals by motivating hourly sales results and coaching associates in desired skills both “in the moment” and “as time permits.”-Enhance customer loyalty and sales by placing associates at strategic locations to explain promotions and engage customers at least twice during each visit.

KidSmart is a non-profit organization helping children succeed in school by providing free school supplies to more than 45,000 economically disadvantaged children in the area. Our mission is to empower children in need to succeed in school by providing the essential tools for learning.Key Responsibilities:-Assist in developing and executing operations business plan aligned with KidSmart strategic goals.-Coordinate and manage Missouri's largest school supply drive, Push For Pencils, to ensure procurement of product from KidSmart key product donors.-Manage product restocking, merchandising and distribution. - Represent organization to the public by acting as a corporate spokesperson. Build awareness through off-site presentations and weekly tours of facility.- Analyze distribution/sales figures and forecasting of future distribution volume to meet annual sales goals. - Coordinate volunteer activities including, training, support, guidance, recruitment and retention.
