I'm Jéssica, I am Lia's mother and an ambitious woman with big dreams. I am graduated in business administration, but that wasn't my desire at the time, the story of my higher education began with the opportunity to start at college after winning a scholarship, which, in fact, was the only chance for me to study after finishing high school, Administration was my option because I was already working at Formel D as an Administrative Assistant. The journey was not easy at all, in the third quarter of college I had the biggest scare and also the greatest joy of my life, I was pregnant! I continued my studies and didn't even spend 1 month out of college, among diaper changes and all the care that a child requires, along with an incredible support network I continued the college studies and graduated within the expected period. This says a lot about my personality, a person dedicated and passionate about what I set out to do!I'm grateful for this choice (even though it wasn't my dream), it was what made me to get in and my self-development to the extraordinary world of FASHION, and how things are! This was my dream since I was little... how generous life was!I always say that the Universe... God... or whatever it is, reserves for us what we carry in our hearts. At the time my daughter was born, I was already doing an internship at Adidas and with a lot of dedication and commitment I came back after my absence when she was born, developed and conquered my space. I started at adidas interning on the BackOffice team for a year. I also interned for another year in the Quality team (Apparel). At the end of the internship, I got a temporary position in the Product Development team, until I was hired by the Company to perform the role of Quality Auditor. After three years in this role, I had the opportunity to migrate back to the Development team, now as Coordinator. Three years later I was promoted to Operations Manager, a position where I ended my journey within adidas. Company where I learned everything I know now about the textile world and where I met incredible people who developed me and helped me on this journey.I'm very proud of my journey so far and I know I have more success stories to write ahead of me. I'm looking forward to the new challenges!
