After working a position as an assistant bookkeeper, I decided I wanted a more in-depth experience with bookkeeping and accounting while continuing my education. This curiosity has led me to my current position as a staff accountant. My current position has allowed me to become well-versed in QuickBooks, financial reporting, and tax return preparation. I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland Global Campus working towards my Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management. I am expected to graduate in the winter of 2025. Following the completion of my master's program, I am planning to sit for the CPA exam. I am excited to continue to advance in both my professional and academic careers.
