I have also started to work within the quality department dealing with customer complaints following the company procedure to ensure it is followed and carried out correctly.Other responsibilities with managing the Fleet; • Keeping up to date with my spread sheet on who is driving what vehicle• Answering any queries from drivers regarding Mot’s, servicing and any other issues• Reviewing Quartix our tracking device analysing drivers speed report, driver’s styles.• Keeping Quartix up to date with who is driving what• Ordering new vehicles • Receiving invoices making sure they are correct have them signed off• Looking at fuel reports • Ordering fuel cards• Ensuring vehicles are on the Congestion London and Dart charge • Dealing with accidents and reports• Dealing with insurance company’s regarding accidents• Ensuring all new vehicles are added to the insurance Show less -
