Working as a consultant at Miami-Dade County DTPW Construction Division for WASD Street Rehabilitation Program. Currently working with three WASD Street Rehabilitation contracts totaling $4.5 million. The contractors for the projects include H & J Asphalt, Metro Express, and H & R Paving. Duties are preparing and interpreting traffic surveys for inspectors, processing survey sketches and photos. Constantly requesting survey photos from WASD for Inspectors in the field. Working with county municipalities and unincorporated, preparing packages for permit which include surveys and MOT standards. Maintain records actualized in Excel on daily basis. Contract includes asphalt surface pavement repair, milling and resurfacing, and striping. Scope of work follows the FDOT standard. Prepare monthly pay requisitions for completed work. Also responsible for keeping track of all records related to WASD contracts including supplies, permits, police reports, and interviews. Provide upper management with monthly production report.
