I am a creative, critical thinker willing to share ideas and my opinions. I'm always willing to take on a new challenge, step up to the plate and try new ideas. During my time in Leadership, I have learned that being an empathetic leader opens doors for stronger, trustworthy relationships. I am team driven with open-door expectations - if there is a problem, all me the opportunity work through things with you and grow stronger as a team.
