I am a hardworking and driven individual who strives for success. I will do everything in my power to accomplish the goals I set whether it is as individual or as a group. If I don't know how to perform something I do not hesitate to ask questions because that is where I can learn quickly, adapt easily and grow. My greatest strengths include the ability to solve problems effectively. When I start a task, I ensure to complete it to the best of my abilities. I have worked in Customer Service for over 7 years. I have background in Brokerage as well. I am someone who doesn't back away from tasks at hand. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft office, JWS, Quickbooks, Questaweb, SAP, and Salesforce. I take pride in my work no matter the task. Team building is something I practice daily. I'm always looking for ways to improve a sense of community with my teammates.I am certified with TWIC and am certified thru Michigan to handle storm water testing to make sure regulations with the EGLE are followed at our facility. I am skilled in billing customers in a timely manner.
