-Oversee and assist with implementation of recruitment, payroll, onboarding, timekeeping and invoicing processes for existing clients.-Weekly onboarding of new clients to create individual recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, invoicing and new-hire processes for 1 to 300 employees.-Work directly with the CEO to analyze client potential and growth as it correlates to the productivity of the entire company.-Provide guidance and knowledge on all personnel matters relating to benefits, new hires, job classifications, e-verify, sick-time ordinances, terminations, recruitment and other HR functions.-Coordinate and perform new-hire orientations and trainings on TargetCW’s on boarding and timekeeping systems.-Provide stellar customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients and contingent workers; build company’s profile through outstanding relationship management.

- Support the Client Relations Analyst Team in a variety of administrative and sales related activities- Research industry trends and HR updates to keep CRA team informed of- Create business reviews, develop policy documents and review set ups to assist CRA Team with inter-departmental alignment for client processes.- Maintain and track CRM activities to assist CRA team with growth and business relationship building.

-Daily management and support of 10 to 20 client companies, as well as 200 to 300 employees nationwide via email and over the phone.-Processing payroll of up to 300 employees nationwide with respect to client specific information-Receiving and inputting all new-hire material, including the facilitation of the I-9, for up to 60 employees on a weekly basis, with respect to various citizenship statuses, by utilizing various on-boarding systems.-Provide excellent customer service by responding to all email and phone calls within one hour-Maintaining a detail-oriented log of all specific information pertaining to each client, employee and process to ensure TargetCW’s reputation as a reliable partner -Researching and updating peers on federal and state laws and the ways in which they impact our clients to maintain our compliance
