In this role I work to bring together and operationalize the activities of the Applied Research and Innovation Office (ARIO). I oversee the functions of ARIO, the research centres at the College, the research data management strategy development and execution and the operations of the Research Ethics Board (REB). I help to plan research priorities and work to develop and support a culture of research across the college.

- Director responsible for overseeing collegiate strategic direction, culture and operations to enhance the student experience- Administer collegiate facilities, events, and budgets; oversee accounts and funds (incl. operational, ancillary, restricted, and endowed)- Develop data driven policy and strategic planning for the college and implement university policies and directives - Represent the colleges on university committees and steering groups- Liaise with faculty, academic departments, academic support services, and wellness services; provide support for students, staff, faculty, and lifelong learners navigating collegiate services- Manage a diverse and inclusive 4-member team of professional staff in a unionized environment; oversee the supervision of 10+ student staff- Oversee college communications, develop guidelines and best practices- Project manage major, multi-day event for diverse audiences

- Responsible for Traill College and Continuing Education Program operations- Acted as executive assistant to the Principal of Traill College - Administered collegiate facilities, events, and budgets; oversaw 10+ accounts and funds- Developed space use policy and participated in strategic planning for the college- Represented the college on food service committee, smoking policy steering committee, orientation week planning committee and college endowment fund fundraising committee. - Liaised with teaching faculty, academic departments, academic support services, and wellness services; provided front-line support for students, staff, faculty, and lifelong learners navigating collegiate services- Managed a diverse and inclusive 7-member team - Managed relationships with Continuing Education course instructors and participants; assisted with course development, enrolment of participants and marketing. Wrote reports documenting program successes and shortfalls- Developed branding guidelines for college communications; initiated weekly newsletter; oversaw collegiate social media publications
