Work closely with offshore production facilities to assure quality and reliability. Visit facilities to monitor ongoing production. Manufacturing processes include cut-and-sew, injected plastic, molded silicone, 3-D sculpts, and simple electronics. Oversee all testing to assure compliance with international safety standards, experienced in Toy safety regulations worldwide. Manage each product line through manufacture, shipping, and customer delivery. Monitor all shipments to assure meeting each customer’s specific due date. Key customers include Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Game Stop, Amazon.com, and Toys R Us.
