About Jessica Bernard

I am passionate about employee onboarding, training, and development. Over my past three roles, I have taken the initiative to build out training and development programs to guide new hires through their first few weeks on the job. This included building a proposal that I presented to leadership, collaborating with teams throughout the organization to gather material to use in training, road mapping an agenda for the new hire, and ultimately building out the content that would be presented during the training. Being able to guide employees through their first day on the job, provide constructive feedback on performance, and watch as these employees are promoted throughout the organization inspired me to continue to develop my skills in training and development. Wanting to gain additional experience, I decided to go back to school for my Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. As I near the end of my time in this program, I am seeking a role that I can apply my professional experience and my knowledge from my Master's program to.
