With over seven years of work experience in the healthcare sector, I am a passionate and dedicated Director of Operations at Office Duties, a company that provides administrative and clinical support to patients, pharmacies, hospitals, and behavioral health representatives. My core competencies include direct patient care, patient advocacy, patient education, and communication and media studies. I am driven by the mission of Office Duties to ensure that patients of all diagnoses are treated with the highest level of specialty and compassion. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different populations and settings, such as senior care, mental health, and addiction.In my current role, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and providing assistance with insurance needs.
